Parent Access Information
Clever R-V School District is pleased to provide parents/guardians with access to their student's grades, attendance, schedule and other pertinent information via a web-based interface provided by Software Information Technology, Inc. Information for your child is available only with a password and all passwords must be obtained by visiting the building principal's office and signing up for this service.
Parents may sign up any time during normal school hours by visiting their student's building office.
Parents/guardians are responsible for protecting their InformationNOW password and should not share their password with others. The InformationNOW website may not be available 24 hours a day due to maintenance or upgrades to the website. Below is a link to the Parent/Guardian Access Request form that must be completed by the legal guardian and returned to a district office in person by the guardian. Guardians must bring a photo ID with them when returning the form. A link to instructions on how to use the InformationNOW web site may also be found below. Both documents require Adobe Reader© software to view and print the document.
