The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is a 3-digit phone number that can connect anyone experiencing a mental health, suicide, or substance use crisis to free and confidential support anytime they need it. The Missouri Department of Mental Health has launched a statewide campaign to spread awareness and educate Missourians on this life saving service. Help us spread the word about 988 and save lives.
