Clever Middle School is offering Saturday tutoring this weekend from 8-11. Please encourage your child to sign up in the office before Friday at 10:00am. Parents may also call the office and sign their child up for this opportunity.

Please remember that the doors at the HS open at 7:55 am every morning. With cold weather settling in, it is important that students arrive as close to that time as possible. Without prior arrangements with a staff member, students will not have access to the building. We appreciate your help in keeping our students comfortable and safe. Thank you.

The JH Girls Basketball teams had a successful weekend playing in the the Strafford Tournament! Great job girls and coaches!

The Cox Care Mobile is scheduled to be at Clever schools on December 12th, 2018. The Care Mobile is a medical office on wheels that provides FREE services to children ages birth to 18 years. This service is provided whether you have insurance or not. Please note: The Care Mobile does charge for sports physicals to those that do not qualify for free or reduced lunches. You may call the school nurse to inquire about the services provided, to schedule an appointment, and to receive the necessary paperwork. Thank you!
SPORTS PHYSICALS:
-Students who qualifies for free or reduced lunches or no insurance- no charge for sports physical
-Students who does not qualify for free or reduced lunches- $25 charge for sports physical
IMMUNIZATIONS:
-Students without insurance or those with active Medicaid can receive vaccines for Free.
-Students with private insurance can receive vaccines and the cost of service will be submitted to the insurance company. ***Insurance must be accepted by Cox Health***

Middle School students and teachers kicked off spirit week by showing support for their favorite sports teams! It looks like the Chiefs fans get the prize for most represented. We will continue our spirit week tomorrow with PJ Day!

Attention all parents of 5th grade students! You are invited to a Westward Expansion Museum Night from 6:00-7:00 this evening. Please enter through the elementary doors on the north side the building. All projects will be displayed in the K-8 cafeteria. We hope to see you there.


As cold weather arrives, just a reminder that the UEM school doors do not open until 7:45 AM every morning. With the temperatures dropping please try and drop off your child as close to this time to make sure they are not sitting outside. Thank you for help with this matter.

The Blue and White Scrimmage and JH girl's basketball game against Ash Grove have been canceled for tonight. The Blue and White will not be made up. The Ash Grove makeup date will be determined at a later date.

Due to the threat of winter weather, there will not be an OTC vo-tech bus today for high school students. OTC is in session and students can attend but are encouraged to use caution and best judgement when deciding whether or not to travel. The decision to stay home will be supported by Clever administration.

Due to the impending forecast of snow followed by freezing drizzle, Clever Schools will be closed today.

Are you looking for a way to volunteer for a good cause? Clever Schools will once again be hosting Designer Genes and Special Olympics teams this winter and spring. The coaches are holding an information meeting for anyone that is looking to get involved. Check out the flyer for more details.

Middle School Spirit Week is right around the corner. Check out the flyer with each days dress up theme. Students who participate in spirit week can put their name in a drawing for prizes. Let's have some fun with this!
